Moving does not have to be traumatic or expensive.  Rocketing into space Hungarian-born US billionaire Charles Simonyi, a software whiz who made most of his money at Microsoft paid $60 million for 2 flights into outer space.  Flat Rate Moving & Storage Inc. will move your household possessions for a lot less.  If you live in Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia or New York and you are moving within the local area or need a long distance mover, check out http://flatratemovers.com and you can find out why moving with FLATRATE will make the move pleasurable for you and your family.  Rising rivers in North Dakota, problems within the financial sector of the economy and even President Obama’s online town hall meeting will not prevent Flat Rate Moving & Storage Inc. from providing you and your family with top-notch, trouble-free moving and storage, if that is what you require.  We look forward to hearing from you.

FlatRate Movers Customer Review: Highly Recommended Movers in New York

Subject: Highly Recommended Movers in New York

FlatRate -

Honestly, I normally don’t write reviews as I am a busy woman. However, because I had such a great experience, I feel it’s only fair to let others seeking movers know about this company. I had a last minute move, being that I live in fast past New York City; things are subject to always change. Not only did they handle my move, and not charge me an “arm and a leg” in pricing because it was short notice, they accommodated all of my needs. I didn’t have to worry about one thing! The movers arrived at my apartment and packed my ENTIRE place! They put it in the truck, unloaded my stuff and set up my new apartment! I promise I was like their supervisor… I didn’t have to lift a finger! They were professional, friendly, and prompt! I highly recommend using them, you will not regret it.

FlatRate Movers Customer Review: STRESS-FREE Move!

January 25, 2008 – 2:32 pm

From: Single Mom Customer
Subject: Stress-Free Movers

I’m a single mother, and money is tight so when it was time to move, I needed a company that wouldn’t charge me a lot. I definitely wanted to find a moving company with a flat rate that would have NO surprise charges. They handled my move well, and gave me a reasonable price. Nothing was broken, I was pleased.

Thanks Again!

What do I need to do to prepare for my move?

Most moves require the following steps:
Take an inventory of your goods to determine which items should be shipped. Almost everyone accumulates “things” they do not really want to keep. Separate and mark those items that you will not be moving.
